To make a booking, please use the booking enquiry form.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. A refundable breakage deposit of £300 is also required at this time. This will be returned immediately on completion of a satisfactory inspection, less any deductions for damage. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to departure, the full amount is payable on booking.

Discounts are available on long (4 weeks plus) winter lets.

Changeover day is flexible, but depends on existing bookings.

The house will be available from 8:00 am on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on departure day. A welcome pack, which can be tailored to individual dietary requirements, is provided on arrival.
