There are three bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, and each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The Master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and provides access to the terrace via patio doors. The bathroom has WC and bidet with a shower over the bath.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed and its bathroom contains WC, washbasin, and shower.

The second-floor bedroom has twin beds and shower room with WC and washbasin.

A hairdryer is provided in all bedrooms.

The well-equipped kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer, filter coffee maker, ice maker, plenty of pots and pans etc.

The L-shaped lounge/dining room has satellite tv/dvd/video and 2 three-seater settees. It has a traditional fireplace fitted with a gas fire and there is a mini hi-fi unit. There is a large dining table with six chairs. There is also a PC with broadband so you can surf the net or retrieve your emails.

The large, L-shaped terrace gets the sun from about 11:00 in the morning until about 6:00 in the evening, depending on the time of year. A gas barbecue makes for convenient and instant outdoor cooking and there is a separate set of melamine crockery and cutlery for terrace use. A sink with hot and cold water and drinks fridge underneath saves trips down to the kitchen at mealtimes, and there is sturdy and comfortable dining furniture. There are also 2 sun loungers and 2 reclining chairs for those all-important siestas.

Linen and towels are provided, including beach towels for poolside and beach use. Cleaning and a change of linen/towels are provided once a week, on changeover day. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
